* Rates do not include 7.75% sales and 3% use tax

(Please call if special arrangements are needed)

* Two night minimum on most summer weekends,
3 Nights during some Special Events.

*  No Smoking in rooms
Permitted on porches only.

* Pets Possible ~  $10 additional charge per night
One of our rooms under certain preapproved circumstances, can accommodate pets.



Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We are a small property and turn down many calls for the room we have
reserved for you, that is why we need the following cancellation policy.

*  1 night deposit at time reservation is made, balance due upon arrival.
Payment by cash, Visa or MasterCard.

*  Cancellations less then twenty-one days before your stay begins will forfeit one nights
lodging cost per room reserved.  If we are successful in rebooking the room,
we will refund your deposit, less a $25 processing fee.
