| Open May to October 18th Cottage Rates for 2009 (Same Pricing for Garden Apt & Hillside Cabin) Nightly $89 Weekly $550 Monthly & Seasonal Rentals Available * Rates do not include 7 3/4% sales and 3% use tax Bed & Breakfast Rates for 2009 Range between $99 - $125 Rate depends on Room selection (see B&B Price page for details) Check-In: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Check Out: 11:00 am (Please call if special arrangements are needed) * Two night minimum during the Summer 3 Nights during some Special Events. * No Smoking in rooms ~ Permitted on porches only. * Pets Possible ~ $10 additional charge per night One of our Cottages under certain pre-approved circumstances, can accommodate pets. |

Deposit & Cancellation Policy We are a small property with a short season, we turn down many calls for the room we have reserved for you, that is why we need the following cancellation policy. * 1 night deposit at time reservation is made, balance due upon arrival. Payment by cash, Visa or MasterCard. Cancellation Policy * Minimum $25 Fee Charged on all cancellations. * Cancelling less then 21days before your stay begins will forfeit one nights lodging cost per room reserved. If we are successful in rebooking the room, we will refund your deposit, less a $25 processing fee. * Prices and policies are subject to change at anytime. |

New York City and points South: Take NY I-87 North, in Albany take exit 24 - continuing on I-87 North -
Montreal (do not continue on NY Thruway which branches off as route 90). *** continues below
Canada and points North: Take I-87 South, to exit 28 (Schroon Lake) continue thru the town of Schroon
Lake. Go approximately 1/2 mile south of town and we are located on the right side of the road. Just past
the Schroon Dollar Store. Northern Homes Reality is just past us.
Buffalo and points West: Take NY Thruway I-90, in Albany take exit 24 (left exit) - continuing on I-87 North -
Montreal. *** continues below
Boston and points East: Take Mass Turnpike I-90, in New York go North on I-87. In Albany take exit 24 -
continuing on I-87 North - Montreal (do not continue on NY Thruway which branches off as route 90). ***

*** Continue on I-87 to exit 27 (Schroon Lake), make right off exit ramp. Make left on to US Route 9, go
approximately 3.5 miles. The Lakeview Inn will be on your left, a large biege farm house with a gazebo. If
you see DeCesare’s Pizza on right, you have gone to far.
