A comfortable and sunny 2nd floor room with views of Schroon Lake from many of your
windows. This room is the namesake for Captain Lycett, the Civil War Captain who built
the homestead in 1881, which stayed in the family until 1976.

For your relaxing pleasure after a day of sightseeing or outdoor activity, we provide:

~ Two person jacuzzi tub for your enjoyment.

homestead was best known as Lycett's Rooms & Cottages, the name it displayed until 1976.

A cozy 2nd floor room located in the back of the house. Spring Valley was the first name given
to the homestead when it first started taking guests in the late 1800's.
