Captains Quarters

A comfortable and sunny 2nd floor room with views of Schroon Lake from many of your windows. This room is the namesake for Captain Lycett, the Civil War Captain who built the homestead in 1881, which stayed in the family until 1976.

homestead was best known as Lycett's Rooms & Cottages, the name it displayed until 1976.
